The LECF is currently, and has been in the past, managed by a group of Kappa Sigma Fraternity alumni from both the Lambda Epsilon chapter, and other Kappa Sigma chapters throughout the country.
The LECF Board of Directors consists of ten members:

Four At-Large members
The Board of Directors employs a House Director, also known as the House Dad, who is responsible for ensuring the collection of rent, the distribution of leases, and communication between the undergraduate chapter and the LECF Board of Directors.
